SMS Terms & Conditions — Retina Vitreous Center

By providing a mobile phone number to Retina Vitreous Center (“RVC”, “we”, “our”) during onboarding to our practice management software, you agree to receive text messages related to your role at the practice.
Service description
We send SMS messages containing:
- Daily surgical schedule summaries (procedures and counts, no patient identifying information)
- Schedule changes (e.g., case time updates)
- Operational updates and reminders relevant to surgical and clinical staff
Frequency
Approximately one SMS per work-day evening; ad-hoc messages for schedule changes as they occur. Average expected volume: under 10 messages per recipient per week.
Eligibility
This service is for adult clinic staff, surgeons, and contracted providers affiliated with the practice. It is not intended for the general public or patients.
Costs
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. RVC does not charge a fee for SMS, but your carrier may.
Opt-in & opt-out
You opt in by providing your phone number to the practice. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume messages after opting out, reply START.

Supported carriers
This service is supported on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional and prepaid networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the SMS service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
