Co-Payment:

Depending on your insurance you may or may not be responsible for a co-pay. This fee is expected at check in and any past due account balances. Patients without insurance should call our clinic for our current policies but typically payments are due in full at the time care is rendered. We also accept cash, personal check, cashier's check, CareCredit, Mastercard, and Visa. Below is the list of insurances we currently accept.
