Front Office
Our front office team is the first point of contact for every patient. They coordinate scheduling across six locations, manage referrals from physicians across the state, and ensure that each patient feels welcomed and informed from the moment they walk through our doors. Whether navigating insurance authorizations, coordinating urgent referrals, or simply offering a reassuring voice on the phone, our front office staff sets the tone for the RVC experience.
Clinical Team
Our ophthalmic technicians, imaging specialists, and clinical support staff are the backbone of our practice. They perform advanced diagnostic testing, assist in procedures, and work side by side with our physicians to deliver precise, efficient care. Many hold specialized certifications and have years of experience in retinal diagnostics and treatment. Their expertise allows us to see more patients, reduce wait times, and maintain the highest standard of care at every visit.
Surgical Coordinators
Navigating the path from diagnosis to surgery can be overwhelming for patients. Our surgical coordinators guide patients through every step — from insurance pre-authorization and medical clearance to scheduling and post-operative follow-up. They serve as a direct line of communication between patients, physicians, and surgical facilities, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Research Team
RVC is home to the most active retina-specific clinical trials program in private practice in Oklahoma. Our research coordinators and clinical research staff make this possible. They manage enrollment, patient safety monitoring, regulatory compliance, and data collection across multiple Phase 3 FDA registration trials. Their work has helped bring firsts to the state, including gene therapy for macular degeneration and sustained-release drug delivery. For our patients, the research team represents access to tomorrow's treatments today.
Administration & Leadership
Behind the scenes, our administrative team manages operations, compliance, billing, and technology across six offices spanning from Edmond to Elk City. Their work ensures that our physicians can focus on what matters most — patient care — while the practice continues to grow and serve communities across Oklahoma.
